This Lemon-Pepper blend is not like any you've ever had! My personal recipe starts with fresh whole peppercorns and dried pieces of lemon peel that I crack and grind by hand. The extra steps allow me to preserve their volatility, and control the grind of the main ingredients. (I keep the lemon and pepper a bit chunky for bite-sized bursts of flavor.) Then I blend in a selection of Italian herbs to create a bright, tongue-teasing Mediterranean flavor.

All of my blends are made from Certified Organic - or "grown to Organic standards" - ingredients sourced from around the world. I blend to my own recipes, by hand in small batches to preserve quality; then immediately package in sealed containers to protect freshness and flavor.
The way I do it is more expensive and more work, but that’s how I prepare this blend for my own use. I won’t give you less than I use at my own table and, frankly, it sets me apart. The difference in taste makes the extra effort easily worthwhile!
