Built on a base of sweet Hungarian paprika my deep, "meaty" blend adds heart and strength to all soups, stews, egg dishes, and casseroles.

In Hungary, paprika is pretty much the national spice. Hungary recognizes eight grades of paprika; the most common grade, sold in stores as "Hungarian Paprika," is édesnemes or "noble sweet," a slightly pungent, bright red grade that falls in the middle of the Hungarian range.
I complement my Hungarian paprika with enough black and cayenne peppers to pull it just a bit to the spicy side for a rich, complex taste that remains subtle enough to support, rather than dominate, the flavor of your meats and vegetables.
Don't think you can only use this blend when cooking Hungarian recipes, however. It is versatile, and makes a nice addition to many of your favorite dishes.
